Q: What’s included in this 3-month spiritual coaching program?

You’ll benefit from:

– Six bi-weekly Akashic Records sessions (90 minutes each) with recordings of all sessions

– Unlimited Telegram and/or email support Monday-Friday for quick questions & accountability

– Personalized practices and integration tools 

The themes are entirely personalized to your needs: whether that’s developing intuition, navigating a life transition, healing patterns, supporting your physical wellness, setting boundaries, deepening your spiritual practice, etc.

Q: How is this different from booking individual Akashic Records sessions?

Individual sessions provide clarity and guidance for specific questions. However, they generally don’t include follow-up.

This 3-month intensive provides ongoing support, accountability, and integration. With six sessions spread over 12 weeks plus ongoing support and coaching, you’re not just receiving guidance. You’re also being supported to implement it. The consistent touchpoints help you navigate obstacles, integrate insights, and make real changes instead of getting clarity once and then struggling alone to apply it.

Q: Do I need experience with the Akashic Records or spiritual practices?

Not at all. This program works for all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. I’ll meet you wherever you are and tailor the program to your unique needs and experience. You can choose a different theme for each session or work with the same one throughout.

Q: When can I start?

This is a rolling enrollment program, which means you can start anytime. Once you apply and we determine it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session within 1-2 weeks.

Q: How do the sessions work?

All sessions are conducted via Zoom on a day/time that works for your schedule. You can book in my normal calendar.

You’ll receive:

– a spiritual counselling session every two weeks (lasting up to 90 mins.).

– recordings sent within 24 hours.

– Integration support between sessions via email and/or Telegram. You can send me email, voice or text messages Monday-Friday, and I’ll respond within 24 hours (usually same day). It’s perfect for quick questions between sessions, sharing insights or breakthroughs, getting support when you’re stuck, and accountability check-ins.

This keeps you supported throughout the week, not just during our scheduled calls.

Q: I’m already working with a therapist. Is this program still appropriate?

Absolutely. Spiritual coaching complements therapy beautifully. While therapy often focuses on psychological healing, spiritual counseling focuses on intuitive guidance, personal and spiritual development, and aligned action steps. Many clients work with both simultaneously and find them incredibly synergistic.

That said, this program is not a replacement for mental health treatment. If you’re in crisis or dealing with acute mental health concerns, please work with a licenced therapist first.

Q: What if I need to reschedule a session?

Life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without penalty. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit that session slot (though we can be flexible for emergencies).

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer a payment plan (3 monthly payments at $647/month). Just email me, and I will send you a link to do a payment plan.

Q: What’s your refund policy?

Because this is a personalized, high-touch program, refunds are not available after the first Akashic reading. If you’re struggling with the program, let’s talk so I can find a way to support you.

Q: Can I pause the program if something comes up?

Yes, with communication. If you need to pause for medical, family, or other significant reasons, we can extend your 3-month window. The key is letting me know so we can adjust and/or pivot together.
