Appointment Terms & Conditions

INTAKE FORMS

Unless you have booked a free Meet & Greet or a follow-up session, you will receive intake forms to be completed. Please ensure you complete & submit any required forms at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can review them in advance.

FIRST APPOINTMENT (Virtual or phone only – for bioresonance services only)

If this is your first appointment, I will need a photo of you (alone & against a blank background) to create a software profile for you. Please email it to me in advance, otherwise, we will have to spend time during your appointment setting all this up.

PAYMENT DETAILS

My site can accept payments in either Canadian or U.S. dollars.

Payment is due prior to your appointment. I am happy to send you an invoice for your records in the event you wish to claim my services via your private insurance benefits or taxes. Please let me know if you need one and I haven’t sent it yet.

I’m happy to accept the following payment methods:

  • Email money transfer (virtual, phone or in-person sessions)
  • Credit card via PayPal (virtual or phone sessions)
  • Cash (in-person sessions only)

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You will receive an order confirmation email from Woocommerce. In it, you will find the scheduling link(s) to book your session(s).

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours beforehand at no charge. Out of respect for my time and schedule (and as a mom of a little one), please provide as much notice as possible.

For any appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before, payment of the full appointment fee will be required. A special exception may be offered at Ashleigh’s sole and exclusive discretion.

PACKAGES

If you have booked a package, your full payment is due prior to the initial session.
