Appointment Terms & Conditions

Your order confirmation email from Woocommerce will contain your links to book your session(s).

If, for some reason, you don’t receive or can’t find your Woocommerce order confirmation email, please email me and I will re-send you the booking links.

Your order confirmation email from Woocommerce will contain a link to your required* forms. Please ensure you complete & submit any required forms at least 24 hours before your session so I can review them in advance.

Akashic sessions require a consent form if this is your first time booking that service. It is included in your order confirmation email and includes a master list of questions for ideas and inspiration.

*Meet & Greet sessions and follow-up sessions do not require intake forms unless indicated in your order confirmation email.

For Bioresonance Services *Only*

FIRST APPOINTMENT (online or phone only)

If this is your first appointment, I will need a few items to set up your software profile:

  • a photo of you (alone & preferably against a wall or other blank background);
  • a 20-second voice clip. Start by saying “I am [Your Name]” and then talk about what you would like help with.
  • Please email these to me in advance, otherwise we will have to spend time during your appointment setting all this up.

PAYMENT DETAILS

My site accepts payments in either Canadian or U.S. dollars.

I’m happy to accept the following payment methods:

  • Email money transfer** (online, phone or in-person sessions)
  • Cash** (in-person sessions only)
  • Credit card via PayPal (online or phone sessions)

**For Canadian clients: email money transfer and cash are my preferred forms of payment, if possible, since credit card/PayPal fees are so expensive.

Payment is due before your appointment. I am happy to send you an invoice for your records in the event you wish to claim my services via your private insurance benefits or taxes. Please email me if you need one.

ONLINE SESSIONS (SOFTWARE & LOGGING ON)

I host all sessions on Skype (free & easy to use) so please make sure you have a Microsoft or related account to use it. You can use Skype’s desktop software (preferred) or access it online at https://web.skype.com.

FREE Recordings: You are welcome to record the session on Skype. Be sure to download it within 30 days to keep a copy for yourself. I don’t retain copies of any private session recordings.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours beforehand at no charge. Out of respect for my time and busy schedule (and as the mother of a young child), please provide as much notice as possible. You are allowed two reschedules at no charge, after which time, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

Appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will forfeit payment. A special exception may be offered at Ashleigh’s sole and exclusive discretion.
