Live Classes & Schedule 

This course includes six live classes, each one 90-120 minutes. I offer access to all recordings if you can’t make a class live or want to enjoy the replay again.

The first live class starts on May 13. 

Go-At-Your-Own-Pace Curriculum with Lifetime Access

In addition to the live classes, this foundational intuition course includes a comprehensive online curriculum with 60+ lessons. You also receive lifetime access to the course (as well as all updates and improvements, which usually happen 1-2 times a year!).

🌀 Week 1: Creating the Foundations for Intuitive Mastery

• Learn to create a sacred space for intuitive work
• Discover and experiment with my flagship practice (Inner Alignment and Activation Ritual) to prime your body, mind & soul to receive intuitive wisdom and guidance
• Simple practices to amplify and troubleshoot this Inner Alignment and Activation Ritual for advanced practice
• Meditation techniques that ground and expand your intuitive channels

• Discover how your intuition speaks: seeing, hearing, sensing, knowing, and more
• Recognize your main intuitive senses (clair languages or clair senses)
• Discover why knowing your key intuitive senses matters
• Strengthen the quieter ones through playful experimentation

• Develop daily practices to improve intuitive accuracy
• Understand why intuition can become “blocked” and how to restore access
• Find out how meditation, the nervous system, and the body support intuitive clarity
• Learn to clearly distinguish intuition from fear and imagination
• Experiment with simple nervous system and energy reset practices to recalibrate intuitive receptivity
• Work with sound and symbolism as practical tools for intuitive reconnection

🌀 Week 4: Connecting with Places, Plants & More

• Connect with nature, plants, and places in a deeply intuitive way
• Discover flower and other vibrational essences and how they support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing
• Learn about some key flower essences for intuitive development (which you may wish to experiment with as part of your learning)
• Practice reading the energy of natural spaces and environments
• Use intuitive nature connection for healing and guidance

• Discover what automatic writing is and how to use it safely and effectively
• Practice simple methods of automatic writing for everyday insight and decision-making
• Understand what the Akashic Records are, with some frequently asked questions about them, and how they can be used for deep intuitive wisdom
• Get clear, grounded answers to common questions about the Akashic Records
• Learn a beginner-friendly approach to cards as supportive, intuitive tools
