Appointment Terms & Conditions

Your order confirmation email from WooCommerce will contain the link to book your session(s).

If, for some reason, you don’t receive or can’t find your WooCommerce order confirmation email, please email us.

Your order confirmation email from WooCommerce will contain a link to your required* forms. Please ensure you complete & submit any required forms at least 24 hours before your session.

Akashic sessions require a consent form if this is your first time booking that service. It is included in your order confirmation email. It also includes a master list of questions for ideas and inspiration.

*Meet & Greet sessions and follow-up sessions do not require intake forms unless indicated in your order confirmation email.

PAYMENT DETAILS

I’m happy to accept the following payment methods:

  • Email money transfer (Canadian clients only – online, phone or in-person sessions)
  • Cash (in-person sessions only)
  • Direct bank transfer via Wise (online or phone sessions – clients outside North America may prefer this option!)
  • Credit card via PayPal (online or phone sessions)

Whenever possible, I kindly prefer e-transfer, cash or precious metals (😉🥇) as payment methods. Credit card/PayPal fees add up quickly and can be especially costly for small businesses like mine, so your support with this makes a big difference. 💛

I am happy to offer Wise direct bank transfer as a payment option for international clients. It’s easy and affordable! Please select the “direct bank transfer” option to use this, and we will email you with the account info.

Payment is due before your appointment. You will receive an order confirmation email, which you can use as an invoice, as needed, for your records.

ONLINE SESSIONS

I host sessions on Zoom. Please use your dedicated Zoom link to log on on the scheduled day/time. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

I offer FREE recordings. If I forget to ask you, please ask! I will send you a link, and you’ll have 30 days to download a copy for your records.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Booked appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours beforehand at no charge. Out of respect for my time and busy schedule (and as the mother of a young child), please provide as much notice as possible. You are allowed two reschedules at no charge. After this, a 15% rescheduling fee will apply unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Appointments that are missed, cancelled, or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will forfeit payment. A special exception may be offered at my sole and exclusive discretion.
