Ingredients
½cupcucumber slices
1medium avocadopeeled
1sweet red applecored
¼tspmoringa leaf powder
Juice of ½ lime
½Tbsppackedfresh whole mint leaves
1cupwateror more to desired consistency
Instructions
Freeze the cucumber slices until solid.
Once frozen, add the cucumber slices and the rest of the smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add more water if you prefer for a thinner consistency.
