Citrus Goji Berry Tea

The vibrant orange-red hue of this Citrus Goji Berry Tea is eye-catching! A cross between berry juice and lemonade, this refreshing healthy summer drink is ideal for summer picnics, parties and outdoor entertaining. I love serving it with extra slices of fresh lemon or orange and lots of ice.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup dried Goji berries
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the Goji berries to a glass container (I like mason jars). Top with the boiling water and let soak until cool.
  2. Add the Goji berries and water to a blender. Add the lemon juice and orange juice. Blend well and then strain into a serving container.
  3. Add 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or to your taste.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or add ice to serve immediately.
