I regularly work as a chef in-home and on-site for private events, parties and special gatherings, and I specialize in healthy yet full-of-flavour food. I wholeheartedly believe in having your cake and eating it too!

My food philosophy is creative, thoughtful and thoroughly influenced by the seasons.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutrition Expert, and a graduate of the Professional Plant-Based Chef Certification Program, I’m trained to navigate all special diets from Paleo to ketogenic to raw vegan, as well as food allergies and/or food intolerances.

I am also an experienced recipe developer and I am skilled at creating gourmet dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, sugar-free, soy-free, egg-free, corn-free, etc. menus.  

My services usually include:

  • Complete menu development for all courses
  • All food planning and shopping, unless otherwise specified
  • All food preparation before and during your event, and
  • All food cooking and plating during your event

I typically work independently or as part of a small team, but I am open to collaborating on a larger team for larger events.

I live in Tiny, Ontario, and I regularly work in cottage country/Muskoka, Barrie, Ontario, and throughout the Simcoe County region. I’m also available to travel for the right project!
