Kick start your food, nutrition and wellness goals with one-on-one coaching at an affordable rate focused on a specific issue or challenge you need help with, and I’ll give you everything I’ve got.
With your Kickstart Coaching Session, you’ll get:
- 30 minutes of one-on-one food, nutrition or general wellness coaching on a topic or issue you need support with
- Advice, suggestions, recommendations (and motivation!) to get you unstuck and moving in the right direction
- A recording of our coaching session so you can review it later (optional)
- Following our session, a recap of the specific and constructive steps we discussed to get you back on track toward your health and wellness goals
- Personalized handouts, guides, charts, cookbooks or other resources to help you achieve your goals

If you wish to pay in CAD ($65), click “Add to Cart” and follow the prompts to sign up.
Don’t live in my area? No problem! All sessions are virtual and can take place via Zoom or another online platform of your choice. We can also meet over the phone, although a recording of your session is not possible at this time.
After you book your session, watch for your confirmation email and then you can book your session directly in my calendar.
I have a range of day, evening and Saturday availability and my schedule usually changes every two weeks. So, if you don’t see a day and time that works for you, skip ahead a week or two and you may find the timing works better for you!

It’s more effective to book a comprehensive intake appointment with me so we can dig deeper into your health challenges and goals.
