I offer plant-based cooking and holistic nutrition classes that combine hands-on teaching, interactive learning and lots of FUN! On your own or with a group of friends, enjoy loads of healthy cooking adventures and get involved as much or as little as you like.

All of my cooking classes include all supplies, recipes, handouts, and lots of helpful tips, tricks and further resources to help you replicate your cooking successes at home, in the office or on the run. Plus, I offer plenty of extra bonuses (extra special goodies that is!).

I can accommodate specific dietary needs (dairy free, gluten free, nut free, vegan, etc.) and if you’re interested in something not listed, I can likely accommodate you with a cooking class that is developed and tailored to your needs.
